This has been on a wide range of civil engineering and building projects including hydro-electric power, water supply, sewage treatment, process facilties, pipelines, marine works, expressways, railways, reclamations, submarine pipelines, and a wide range of building projects including commercial, retail, education and developement projects.
He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has dealt with all aspects including budgets, cost plans, cash flow, procurement, contract documentation, financial administration claims, dispute resolution, arbitration support and expert witness reports on Traditional, Design and Build, Management and EPC contracts.
Quantum expert in a case related to a water treatment plant in the High Court in London; appearance as a quantum expert in an arbitration in Hong Kong; appointment as quantum expert in respect of an oil pipeline/marine terminal in East Africa; expert witness in relation to a submarine pipeline project in Ireland and commercial and contractual adviser to the World Bank presenting its case to a Dispute Resolution Board in respect of a hydro-electric power project in China.
